You can either order the cookies on wooden skewers or bake them yourself. If you order the cookies, request baby designs on each cookie to make them more colorful and interesting. Purchase some baskets or bowls for you to stick in the cookies. You can use fine colored sand for the bowls to stick on the cookies. If you choose baskets, then you would need floral foam to stick and arrange the cookie bouquet. Place colorful paper filler on top of the floral foam to hide it.

You can bake 6- diameter cakes and set them as table centerpieces. Ice the cake accordingly to make them interesting and colorful. You can even stick in a floral card pick with the baby's picture. Put each cake on a stand then arrange some flowers around it. The cakes could serve for desserts and coffee after.

You can also opt to make a cupcake tree for a centerpiece. There is no need to buy a cup cake tree stand. You can just shape a 4 inch-thick Styrofoam into an 8 inch diameter piece. Cover his circular Styrofoam with aluminum foil and some doilies at the edges. Fill it with cup cakes. Then add some more cupcakes at the base of the circular Styrofoam. You can even go 2-cupcakes deep at the base. These cupcakes are ready to go and would surely be appreciated by guests as a favor to the party.
