Cheap Vases For Centerpieces
Ideas For Inexpensive Centerpieces

Finding cheap vases for centerpieces means that you can spend more money on your flowers, or other fun stuff for your party.

If you are looking to use your vases just once then they don't need to be the most elaborate vases in the world. You can find cheap vases from places like Walmart, Target, Dollar Store and online.

Popular vases are square, rectangular, cylinder or Eiffel and you can get these in clear glass - probably the cheapest you will find and also colored glass.

Square vases are great for bunching buds of flowers tightly together, if your table is large then you can have a number of these small square vases along the table.

Rectangle vases look good with taller flowers or you can fill them with pebbles and dried flowers if you want your centerpiece to last a long time. If the vase is a rectangle on its side then use them as you would a square vase with smaller flowers. You can always add decorations to the vases, maybe a ribbon around the vase.

If you have a larger table then group the rectangle vases together in odd numbers and if you can have them at different heights as this can add a lot more interest to the centerpiece design.

A cylinder vase is perfect for submerging flowers and having a floating candle on the top, again you can group them together if your table is larger, also have them at different heights to add more interest.

An Eiffel vase is one of those tall vases that look just like the Eiffel tower, they look fantastic with a stunning exotic flower and even a peacock feather. The vases can be very tall so make sure you go for one that does not overpower your room!

With all vases and tall centerpieces it is a good idea to make sure your guests can see around it otherwise they may not see anyone else on the other side of the table.

Also have a look at local consignment and thrift stores, you will find vases for centerpieces, some will be terrible and others you will be able to use in your centerpieces. Look for vases of similiar or contrasting colors that you can mix and match on the tables.

As well as using glasses you can also use jam jars, mason jars, anything that will hold water and looks good!
